Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding holidays and weekends. During sales or promotions, processing times may extend up to 7 business days due to higher order volumes.

Shipping Options:

For shipping within Canada, Standard Shipping takes 5–7 business days ($10 CAD or free on orders over $99 CAD), and Express Shipping takes 1–5 business days ($20 CAD). 

For international orders, Standard Shipping takes 7–15 business days, and rates are as follows for reference only: 0–1kg ($35 CAD), 1–2kg ($55 CAD), 2–5kg ($80 CAD), and 5kg+ ($100 CAD).

All listed shipping rates are estimates for reference purposes only. Actual shipping fees will be determined based on the final package weight and destination.

Duties and Taxes:

Duties and taxes are not pre-paid, so customers outside of Canada may incur additional customs charges.
